TUNING THE NISSAN RB26DETT (R33)
The Nissan RB26DETT in the R33 Skyline GT-R combines the legendary twin-turbo 2.6-litre inline-six with the R33’s refined ATTESA AWD system. The R33 GT-R is often underrated compared to its R32 and R34 siblings, but it is a supremely capable machine on the road and track.
FC Tuning carried out a full ECU remap on this R33 GT-R using our Nistune ECU solution. We mapped fuel, ignition, and boost control carefully to extract maximum power from the RB26DETT while ensuring long-term reliability.
