TUNING THE NISSAN RB26DETT (R33)

An absolute Monster but yet a joy to drive. Try and keep up with this one. Boost was kept to 1.35-1.4 bar peak due to the Stock Block. Also injector duty cycles were high.. 1000cc are required as the 740cc’s were near there limit so boost was kept to a conservative 1.2bar

Anyhow…no doubt with a forged bottom end, for reliability and engine longetivity and dose of 1.8bar of turbo (along with other supporting fuelling & drivetrain modifications) this GTR would knock on the door of 750hp, possibly wake up 800hp (but how long the gearbox would last I dont know as the drive train would need to be addressed)

Anyway.. Its quick enough for the streets of Jersey… and the noise.. the Noise is IMMENSE 🙂
